Only the finest Arabica Beans are selectedfor our espresso and house blends. We also offer our coffee beans for retail sale either ground or whole bean. Choose from our House Espresso, Guatemalan, or Costa Rica.

Colombian Supremo
Our delicious Colombian coffee possesses a classic full aroma, medium body and good acidity. Each cup provides very pleasing fruit tones balanced by an excellent caramel-like sweetness and an overall richness that has made Colombian coffees famous and favored throughout the world. Colombian gourmet coffee is widely known as one of the worlds best coffees. Colombia produces about 12 percent of the gourmet coffee in the world, second only to Brazil. While the Colombian Coffee Federation has done a commendable job in promoting the specialty coffees of Colombia, most of the Colombian coffees you find in supermarkets today are very poor examples of what a great cup of Colombian should taste (and smell) like. Freshly roasted Colombian gourmet coffee is rich in flavor, heavy-bodied, has a bright acidity and is intensely aromatic. A private estate Tarrazu that offers exceptionally brisk citrus acidity and a perfectly clean finish!Although Costa Rica produces a variety of gourmet coffee, those that reach American specialty coffee menus usually are very high-grown Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) coffees from regions near the capital of San Jose in the central part of the country: Tarrazu, Heredia, Tres Rios, Volcan Poas.Costa Rican coffees are prized for their high notes: bright citrus or berry-like flavors in the acidity, with distinct nut-to-chocolate roasty flavors.

With over 3.5 million bags of coffee grown each year, Guatemala is one of the top 10 coffee producing regions in the world. This relatively small country boasts one of the most climatically diverse regions in the world. The soil, rainfall, humidity, altitude and temperature vary enough that seven distinct coffees are produced in Guatemala.

Sumatra Mandheling
This gourmet coffee is deeply complex and is entirely sensed in the anterior regions of the palate. Our Sumatra is known for its heavy body and rich complex earthy tones. Sumatra is the second largest of the 13,500 islands that comprise Indonesia. Many of the islands of Indonesia were formed by volcanoes and are, therefore, mountainous with rich soil that is ideal for growing gourmet coffee. It is no wonder that some of the worlds most famous gourmet coffees come from this region. Sumatra is a relatively rare, though famous gourmet coffee, that is considered by connoisseurs to be one of the worlds finest. The natural drying method used in its production results in a very full body and a richness that lingers on the back corners of your tongue.
